BACOG organizes informational sessions for member officials and staff quarterly and as-needed with regard to important local issues and concerns.
Administrator's Roundtables: Quarterly forum for administrators to introduce and discuss issues of local and regional importance, identify common local issues, and share experiences with other villages and townships.
BAGIS Technology Sessions: Quarterly technology workshops for staff and officials introduce, review and discuss trends in technology, hardware/software solutions, productivity tools, and other locally relevant issues.

Video recording resources - Webcasting village meetings online. Village of East Dundee website served as an example and future session will have a guest speaker to suggest solutions and field questions.
